Initial clients were keen not only to save money but also to understand more about the intricacies of how Tesco enjoyed consistent success spanning the globe.

After a 30 year career with Sainsburys PLC, John initially set up his own consultancy working with various UK major retailers before joining Kifus in 2007 as Operations and Development Director
|  |  | | Steve Malson - Property & Delivery Director Following a 25 year career within The Boots Company PLC working in numerous property and store development roles both in the UK and worldwide, Steve moved across to work in the construction industry in 2000. After 4 years delivering supermarket developments throughout the UK he started his own consultancy in 2004 working with Tesco and other UK retailers. Steve joined Kifus in 2008 as Property and Delivery Director. |  |  | | Mike Crouch - Senior consultant Mike Crouch has had a career in retailing and store support operations. He has worked as an independent consultant for the last four years on assignments for Sainburys, and leading retail equipment manufacturers. He has been advising Konzum in Croatia and in the UK has recently been involved in Pharmacy acquisitions. He brings to Kifus knowledge and experience across a wide range of retail activities.

After completing his MBA and following a career with the US air force, Peter spent time running his own display company, Following a brief return to native California, Peter joined Kifus in 2006 working with a major client within their property division and now manages this account for Kifus.

Julia has 12 years Project experience. She worked for the Boots Company Plc for
10 years, the latter 5 years working within the Project Management function assisting with the store delivery programme within the UK and Ireland. She has since worked for an Architectural Practice delivering projects for several retail clients plus a large office refurbishment for the government.

She has worked for major retailers including Somerfield Corporate Design Department gaining a breadth of knowledge in design, implementation and specification of retail formats. Previous 5 years experience within POS/POP equipment as an Account Manager working with major Food and Non Food retailers. Sarah joined Kifus in 2008 as Operations Manager. |  |  | |
